Delivery, Delays, Missing Goods, Refunds and Returns Policy
Delivery
Each shipment costs £3.50. Items are shipped via Royal Mail and are tracked. Postage is free on orders over £50. Give 7-10 days for delivery. Fast track costs £10 and can take up to 5 days.
Delays
It is our responsibility to ensure you receive the goods, providing you have given us a valid and correct shipping address. If your order has been delayed our policy is to allow 10 working days for standard delivery and 5 working days for fast delivery before we re-ship the goods. That's from the date when we send the order, which is not necessarily the date when you place the order.
*Please note where have been any bank holidays, postal strikes or extraordinary weather conditions which we know would have delayed delivery, this will also be taken into account.
Missing Goods
Any claims for non delivered items must be made within 4 weeks of dispatch (UK). If a replacement order has been sent due to missing goods we ask that you let us know if the missing goods show up at a later date. You can then either arrange payment if you want to keep them, or arrange to have the goods back to us (we will of course refund your shipping costs in this situation). Replaced goods will have 'replacement' written on the package so you are aware that this is not the original lost item that has arrived late.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, please contact us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept products that are damaged.
By law customers within the UK & European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any unused, unsealed items within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered, and have them refunded if they are returned to the supplier.
Our items are handmade and bespoke so we only accept returns with defect or there has been a mistake with the item all our products are checked fully before being dispatched to insure its a quality product, if you wish to return the product and it is a buyers decision an agreement will be made between the buyer and ourselves to return the item the buyer must pay the return postage
How To Send Goods Back
If you send goods back, the risk of damage or loss of the goods in transit is the buyers responsibility. For this reason we recommend that you package the goods well, and use a trackable service.
All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition. We reserve the right to decline any return if the product has been used or is damaged during return shipping.
Please help us identify you by include a note with your name and post code written clearly with the package, or better still include the original invoice or a copy of it.
