Cork Pillow Pads

Due to the Menopause I suffered with leg cramps at night for some years. I tried everything with no success. When I came across the Cork Pillows, I thought I’d give it a go. I simply put the cork pillow under my pillow and in the morning, nothing! No cramps. My partner was very sceptical about it working, but one night I forgot to put it in the bed and I had the most dreadful night of cramps.

My mother stayed with us for a few months and complained of leg cramps during the night and day, so I bought her a cork pillow and she can’t stop thanking me, she had even taken the cork pillow on holiday with her.

A friend of mine bought me the cork pillow as a birthday gift as I always complained about the most horrendous night cramps and night sweats. I didn’t believe it but I tried it. I keep it in the bed while I sleep. It worked apart from the odd cramp that occurs from time to time, the severity of them and the night sweats has gone. I had cramps most nights after chemotherapy, I also suffer with neuropathy in my feet and fingers since the treatment. The cramps are very painful and I would jump out of bed in agony.
